This textbook covers the field of Project Management at its fundamental level and as aligned with the methodology and processes recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the global industry standard. This Project Management course is designed to reach across the professional and personal isle to give students lifelong fundamental project management awareness and skills. It is understood that the organization will dictate specific change and project management methodologies, processes, and procedures. The goal of this course is to ready students to be functional and contributing members of any project team within any organization.
