I can't find my assignment that I'm supposed to do.

You can find all of the assignments from your instructor by clicking on the Course menu in the top right corner. All of the assignments will be listed under the Assessments link.

I entered my Student ID wrong. How do I change it?

While logged in, click on the Account menu in the top right corner. From the drop down menu, click on My Account. The Student ID field is found under the Institution tab. If the field is frozen, please contact us for assistance.

I dropped my course at my university. Can I get a refund?

You will have the ability to receive a refund for MyEducator courses up until the course add/drop deadline of your school. In the event that add/drop dates are not specified or unclear, refunds will be issued within the first two weeks of the academic period. To request a refund, simply email support@myeducator.com with the name of your course and state that you are requesting a refund. Once the refund is issued, you will lose access to all course material purchased. Refunds normally take 5-10 business days to process.

How do I get a physical copy of the material?

You can download a PDF copy by visiting the front page of your course. Please note that only certain products have PDF versions available right now. We are working on making them available for all MyEducator products.

I can download the PDF, but can I purchase a bound copy from MyEducator?
